A refund can only be processed if;

You have made a mistake in the choice of marketing package in which case we will change to the intended marketing package and any shortfall be reimbursed to you.
Your listing / property or properties are still in draft mode and not gone live on the site
In any of the cases above.

Once a listing/property or properties have gone live on our website we cannot reverse the payment or give a refund.

If you have ordered a package that involves the delivery of signs to your address, we can refund that part of the package only if the signs have not been made up and have not left our depot for delivery.

Products such as contracts and agreements if purchased through our website cannot be refunded.
